So 48 hours later and no one has been crossed off the list?!?!

Peter Donatelli, one of Vesey's agents, says a decision is not likely going to happen today, but should be done this weekend at some point.

We can all rule out Chicago - Townie Boy from Boston does NOT want to
travel as much as the Western Conference teams do...also one of the main
reasons Detroit was eliminated early on...anyone's guess between the usual
suspects...BOS, TOR, NYR, NJ, BUF, NYI - this is my personal list in order of
most likely destination.

I think Jimmy is to smart to sign in Cheaterville (Boston). Only time will tell.

The only "source" I've come across that puts Buffalo in consideration is Garth

I can only speak for myself, I assume that most of us are fairly rational. I'm not torturing myself, would I like him to sign, sure. If he doesn't will my world collapse on itself, absolutely not.

I view it like this, I just can't see a guy who has had the chance for approx. a month to sign with Buffalo, all of a sudden do it AFTER talking to other teams. If he were as hot on Buffalo as a select few people truly believe, he would have signed there.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the ONLY team that would surprise me MORE than Buffalo getting him, is Nashville.

Other than that, it's wide open. I don't know this man nor will I try to speculate, but for writers, where's the fun in that?

Jimmy Vesey’s agent has told WEEI.com that there are still “a handful of teams in the mix” at the moment. Vesey is is in the process of selecting his NHL team.

A final Vecision will be made public by Saturday.

Peter Fish said the Boston Bruins are one of the teams still in the running. There are other unidentified teams in said list as well.

How could you possibly know this?

Seems to me that we have no idea if Buffalo is in or out.
